How to set up Event Notifications for SMS and Email in TracPlus Cloud

NOTE: This feature is currently in beta and is not available for all customers.

 

In TracPlus Cloud, Administrators can set up event notification groups to receive emails or SMS on event notifications such as Take off, landing and ops normal or drop start and stop. 

 

NOTE: Only users with Administrator privileges can set up Watchlist Groups

How to set up Event Notifications 

 

To set up event notifications: 

  • Click on the Manage iconin the left-hand side navigation.
  • Click on "Event Notifications" under the groups heading.
  • From here, you can select "Create a new notification group" and give it a name. 
  • Once you have done that, click on the edit icon next to your new group
  • From here, you can add your existing asset groups (this will have the assets). You can also add the events that you want to receive in the notification events tab.
