If you are having issues with connecting your RockAIR with a Datavault please ensure that the RockAIR firmware is on the latest version.

If you are still having issues with connecting you need to edit the External data settings in the RockAIR. To do this, you will need to connect to your RockAIR using the TP Connect app (iOS) or RockCONNECT app (Android) these instructions for both will be similar.
- To do this connect your device from the app. Once connected the app will prompt you with a PIN, the PIN is 1234
- Click on "Configure" then "Custom" and you will get prompted again for a PIN. This pin is 4321
- Scroll down to "External Data"
- Set the serial mode to "Serial API", Baud rate to 19200, and Sample rate to 5 seconds
- Once you have done that this should be complete.
