Setting off the Guardian Alert System
A distress signal can be activated in three ways. An automated impact trigger, a manual distress signal or in a controlled rehearsal environment to optimize your team's emergency response reaction.
Impact-Triggered Emergency Notification
Even if external power sources fail, our systems continue their vigilant watch, providing an uninterrupted monitoring experience. With advanced technology, they are capable of auto-detecting high G-impact events, immediately triggering vital distress signals.
This system integrates advanced motion and impact sensors into our RockSTAR, RockAIR, RockDASH, and RockFLEET devices. When these sensors detect sudden and intense G-force impacts, which often correlate with accidents or other emergencies, the device automatically sends out a distress signal.
Manual Distress Activation
The RockSTAR, RockDASH, RockAIR, RockFLEET, Iridium 9575, and Flightcell DZM hardware are all designed with a tactile button or interface to ensure easy access.
When activated, it sends out a high-priority signal to TracPlus's monitoring systems, which in turn triggers predefined emergency protocols. This feature is specifically engineered for high-reliability, ensuring that even in areas with limited connectivity or during adverse conditions, the distress signal transmission remains robust.
Rapid Response Rehearsal
Creating a controlled environment for your team to run through emergency scenarios, ensuring that when reality tests them, they respond not out of panic but out of practice.
The Rapid Response Rehearsal system is a structured simulation platform. It replicates real-world crisis scenarios for your teams, enabling them to practise their emergency responses. The process entails setting up virtual environments or physical mock scenarios, depending on the requirements, followed by team members acting out their roles based on the presented situation

Alerts are distributed immediately to your internal ICE contacts and our dedicated team. Our trained personnel are ready to assist you as much or as little as you need during the situation.

When a distress signal is activated, it's routed to our control centre, where dedicated personnel assess the situation. Using real-time data, voice communication, and any other available resources to understand the scenario better and provide immediate, informed advice or instructions.

Rescue Coordination Escalation
When the operator deems it necessary, our team can automatically initiate contact with local rescue coordination centres.
The platform provides these services with all the pertinent data regarding the distress situation – including the nature of the incident, the precise location, and any other vital info, ensuring that they can mobilise appropriate rescue resources without delay.
