TracPlus Receives Honourable Mention at the Annual San Diego St. Patrick’s Day Parade

Yesterday was a very special and proud day for TracPlus as we were honoured by the City and County of San Diego for our aerial firefighting support to the community, CAL FIRE, and SDG&E.

TracPlus and our partners at CameraMatics were thrilled to represent ourselves in the largest Saint Patrick's Day Parade west of the Mississippi River.  

It was a marvellous day filled with community cheer and spirit. Green colours worn by happy locals flooded the streets as the sun beamed down on a clear-skied San Diego. 

The TracPlus C2 truck was staged between apparatus from the City of San Diego Fire Rescue Department, and the CAL FIRE Honor Guard and Pipes & Drums Band… Iconically signifying the collaborative partnerships we possess with the agencies.

From the words of our North America Business Manager on the ground there, Mark Woody says, “It was fulfilling to hear thousands of people cheer and thank us for what we do. Particularly in light of the tragedies San Diego has experienced by wildfire over the years.”
