TracPlus Pro 3 is a legacy system that has reached its end of life.
TracPlus Pro 3 was shutdown on the 10th of December 2024. This page includes resources to help you transition to using TracPlus Cloud.
You can start using TracPlus Cloud by visiting https://cloud.tracplus.com and logging in with the same details you use to access TracPlus Pro 3. TracPlus Cloud supports individual email accounts, which we recommend over a shared usercode. Administrators can set up new email accounts in TracPlus Cloud.

New features in TracPlus Cloud
To help with the transition we're releasing new features in TracPlus Cloud. We'll continue to update this page as new features are released leading up to the shutdown.
Easy import for markers in TracPlus Pro 3
TracPlus Cloud now supports two different methods of importing the markers you have set up in TracPlus Pro 3. In addition to adding a map layer for an individual user's browser, administrators can now add markers in bulk for the whole organisation. Learn more here.
Display Mode
The new Display Mode designed to be used when TracPlus Cloud is being displayed on a TV or other large screen. To enable Display Mode, click on the TV icon . Learn more here.
Points and Paths
The Marker and Path tools from TracPlus Pro 3 have been added to TracPlus Cloud. Unlike Markers, which are shared with everyone in your organisations account, every user can create their own Points and Paths which will only be shown on their computer. Learn more here.
Marker Notes
Markers in TracPlus now support notes. You can add notes to existing markers by editing them in the Markers section of the Manage page. When adding a new Marker you'll have the option to add notes. Notes on TracPlus Pro 3 markers will be imported into TracPlus Cloud if you import your Markers.xml file.
Why we made this change
TracPlus Pro 3 had been a secure and reliable platform for many years. However, the cybersecurity landscape has changed dramatically. Every month brings new and increasingly sophisticated security threats that the legacy architecture of TracPlus Pro 3 was never designed to defend against. While we successfully maintained TracPlus Pro 3's security, it was taking more resources and becoming more challenging to guarantee this level of protection.
As your trusted partner in mission-critical operations, we cannot risk compromising on security. This is why we've invested heavily in TracPlus Cloud, building a modern platform specifically designed to defend against today's cyber threats. With most of our customers already benefiting from Cloud's enhanced security, remaining TracPlus Pro 3 users were transitioned to ensure we can maintain the highest level of protection for everyone's operations
Still have questions?
We know this will be a big change for some customers, but we want to ensure you're able to transition smoothly to using TracPlus Cloud.
